Provision of foundation construction, building structure and basement construction for hotel and resort complex

As one of the major hotel and entertainment resort complex located in Cotai, the project covers a working area of approximately 100,000 m2. It is the largest underground structure and basement construction project in Macau at the time of construction, such large scale of underground work is set for the lateral superstructure development that includes six high-end hotels and more leisure facilities.

Project scope includes: 

Excavation and piling works; ELS engineering; land formation works; foundation construction, underground and building structure; basement construction; related mechanical and electrical works and facilities; underground water supply and drainage system, hotel mock-up unit construction, etc.
