The project is located on Lote B9 in New Urban Zone A, with an area of 5,399 sqm, consists of 2 towers of 32 stories high buildings and 3 floors of basement for parking.

The development is intended for public residential use, and is designed and supported with public recreational spaces, social facilities and commercial units, as well as enviornmental innovations such as greenery roof, solar panal system, smart mail box and more.

Upon completion of the building, there will be 642 housing units made available, with a total of around 583 parking spaces.
